The cats were picked up in the morning on the 3rd in Michigan and arrived at our new house in Florida on the morning of the 4th. The two drivers did a wonderful job of transporting our cats. They called every few hours to let us know how they were doing and their location at the time. When my husband got a new job on the other side of the country, our main concern was "how are we going to transport the dogs?" After a lot of research, we chose Royal Paws for a couple reasons: 1. They don't transport other animals with ours, which means no additional anxiety due to other animals barking, whining, growling, etc. And that also means our dogs receive 1:1 attention and care. 2. They've been in business for 25 years and have great reviews. We were nervous about trusting anyone to care for our two dogs, but even before speaking with them, we felt a little more at ease knowing that they've been doing this for a long time. Then, after speaking with Brad, the owner, we were confident that they prioritize the safety and well-being of our dogs during transportation. We're so glad we chose them. David drove our dogs and was extremely communicative throughout the drive. He sent updates with pictures and told us how they were doing along the way. At one point, he even stopped for coffee and called to ask if the dogs could each have a pup cup! This is the second time that we've used the relocation services of Royal Paws; once from Florida to Texas, and then again recently from Texas back to Florida. It made both trips so much easier for us, as we could take our time, stay in the hotels we wanted, dine where we wanted, etc. Their drivers picked up our three dogs from a boarding facility on a Monday morning and had them to us Tuesday morning. The drivers were great about sending pictures of them relaxing in the van, and at rest stops so that we knew they were doing well along the way. Hopefully we will not have to do an interstate move again, but if we do, we will definitely hire Royal Paws again. If you have to move your fur-babies, Royal Paws is the place to call!
